The Inbox

Inbox at Inbox is everything waiting on you in one place, and the count beside it in the sidebar is the total.

It has two halves, because they clear in different ways:

  • Notifications are personal - being assigned, being mentioned, a document being signed - and clear when you read them.
  • Action Required is shared work scoped to your locations: submitted checklists, open requests, lead offerings, and unassigned texts. It clears when the work is done, so it can legitimately sit above zero all day.

The bell in the header still opens the same notifications; the Inbox row is what keeps the count visible without opening anything, and it is the only place the two halves are added up. Seeing the Action Required half takes View on Dashboard Action Required; without it the Inbox shows notifications, lead offerings and unassigned texts only. The home dashboard keeps its own Action Required panel - this is the full view of the same work, not a replacement.

Who can do this

Access in Trussi is a capability granted to a role. If one of these is missing from your role, an account admin can grant it; see roles, permissions and why something is hidden.

  • View on Dashboard Action Required
