Pricing

How much does Trussi.AI cost?
Trussi is $37 per user per month, with a founding rate of $19 per user per month for the first 100 companies, locked in for 2026. The entire platform is included on either rate.
Are there any add on fees?
No. Estimating, production scheduling, job costing, invoicing, dashboards, the mobile app, e-signature, texting, the call center, and every AI feature are all part of the plan. Nothing is gated behind a higher tier or billed per feature.
Is there an onboarding or migration fee?
Onboarding is hands on and included. We migrate teams in small batches with real help moving job history over rather than handing you a self serve importer.
What happens in 2027?
Founding members move to the standard $37 per user per month rate from 2027. It is the same platform on either rate, so nothing is removed when the founding period ends.
Do I need an annual contract?
No long term commitment is required to start. The founding rate is tied to being one of the first 100 companies rather than to a multi year term.
Does the price change as we hire?
Pricing is per user, so the bill scales with seats. Because everything is included, the per seat number is the whole cost - there is no second line item that grows alongside it.

Getting started

What happens on a Trussi demo?
A walkthrough of the platform against how your company actually runs - your job types, your crew count, your current tools. Roughly thirty minutes, and you will get a straight answer on whether Trussi fits before anyone talks about pricing.
How quickly can we get started?
Trussi is live and onboarding teams in small batches so migration gets real attention. On a demo we will tell you which batch you would land in rather than promising a date we cannot hold.
Can you migrate our data from another system?
Yes. Job history, customers, and documents come across as part of onboarding, and migration help is included rather than billed as an implementation fee.
Is the $19 founding rate still available?
The founding rate of $19 per user per month is limited to the first 100 companies and is locked for 2026. Ask on the demo whether spots remain - we will tell you honestly.
Do you work with companies outside Kansas?
Yes. Trussi was built inside Shamrock Roofing in Overland Park and now runs for roofing contractors nationwide, including multi location operations.
How do I reach a person quickly?
Call (573) 6-TRUSSI or email support@trussi.ai. If you would rather pick a time than trade messages, use the booking form on this page.

Projects & pipeline

What makes Trussi different from a general purpose CRM?
A general CRM models contacts and deals. Trussi models roofing jobs - measurements, material orders, crew schedules, insurance claims, supplements, and job level profit. That is why costs and schedules attach to the job automatically instead of living in a separate tool.
How does the AI lead scoring work?
It weighs roofing specific signals - property and roof age, storm activity, insurance versus retail, response speed, and estimate engagement - to rank open leads by close probability. The engine is covered by U.S. Patent 12,131,277.
Can we run insurance restoration and retail in the same pipeline?
Yes. Stages are configurable per job type, so claim and supplement steps appear on restoration work and stay out of the way on retail.
Does the pipeline work on mobile?
Yes. The iOS and Android app carries the full pipeline, job records, and photo capture, so reps update jobs from the driveway rather than at night.

Estimating

Which measurement providers does Trussi estimating support?
EagleView, HOVER, GAF QuickMeasure, and RoofScope. Reports are ordered with your own credentials and the returned values populate estimate fields directly.
Can we use our own labor rates and material pricing?
Yes. Templates hold your rates and assemblies, and connected supplier accounts pull your negotiated material pricing rather than list pricing.
How does Trussi handle waste factor?
It suggests a percentage based on roof complexity and your own historical jobs, displays it alongside whatever the measurement report returned, and leaves the decision with the estimator.
Is e-signature included in the price?
Yes. Sending contracts and change orders for signature is part of the single plan at $19 per user per month for founding members and $37 afterward. You connect your own DocuSign account.

Production & scheduling

Can foremen update jobs from the field?
Yes. Foreman access is scoped to their assigned jobs on the iOS and Android app, covering status updates and required photo capture.
Which suppliers can we order from inside Trussi?
ABC Supply, SRS Distribution, and Beacon Pro+ are supported with your own account pricing. Orders are linked to the job so material cost posts to job costing automatically.
What happens to the schedule when weather moves a job?
Reschedule on the board and the crew assignment, customer notification, and job timeline move with it. The change is recorded on the project rather than announced in a group chat.
Does production scheduling require a separate license?
No. Production, estimating, finance, and reporting are all part of the single plan. There are no per module charges.

Finance & job costing

How does Trussi handle a job with insurance and customer payments?
Each payer is tracked separately against the same job, so the outstanding balance breaks out by who owes what. Chasing a carrier and chasing a homeowner stay distinct tasks.
Is job level profit and loss available before the job closes?
Yes. Material orders, labor, and subcontractor costs post to the job as they happen, so profit is a live figure rather than a month end calculation.
Does Trussi replace QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks stays your system of record for the books. The two way sync means invoices, payments, and expenses move between the two without anyone rekeying them.
Can commissions be calculated on job profit?
Yes. Payouts run off the costs already attached to the job, so a profit based commission does not require a separate spreadsheet.

Dashboards & reporting

How current is the reporting?
It reads live job records. Sales, production, and finance all run on the same projects, so dashboards reflect the current state of the business rather than a monthly export.
Can we report profitability by market?
Yes. Job level costing rolls up by market and by rep, so a high revenue market with thin margin shows as exactly that.
Can we build custom reports?
Yes. Custom reports run against live data and can be rerun rather than rebuilt each time someone asks for them.
Do dashboards work with connected marketing data?
Yes. With Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console connected, marketing performance appears next to lead and job outcomes so spend can be judged against signed revenue.

For sales reps

Does the sales app work offline?
Photo capture and job notes work on a poor connection and sync when signal returns, which matters on rural properties. Measurement orders and signature sends need connectivity.
How does Trussi decide which leads to show first?
A patented scoring engine ranks leads on roofing specific signals - roof age, storm activity, insurance versus retail, response speed, and estimate engagement - rather than on recency.
Can a rep send a contract from the phone?
Yes. Proposals are built from company templates and sent for DocuSign signature from the job, with status coming back to the record.
Do texts go through my personal number?
No. Messaging runs through company owned numbers via Twilio and logs to the job, so the conversation history belongs to the business, not to a personal handset.

For production managers

Can foremen use Trussi without full system access?
Yes. Foreman access is scoped to assigned jobs - the schedule, scope, and required photos - without exposing pricing or the wider pipeline.
What happens to customer notifications when a job is rescheduled?
Rescheduling on the board updates the crew assignment and triggers the customer notification, so nobody has to remember to send it.
Does material ordering feed job costing?
Yes. Orders placed from a job post as costs on that job, so job level profit stays accurate without office data entry.
How many crews can be scheduled?
There is no crew cap in the scheduler. Shamrock runs fifteen locations on the platform, so multi crew and multi market scheduling is the normal case rather than an edge one.

For the back office

Does Trussi replace our accounting system?
No. QuickBooks Online stays the system of record for the books. Trussi is where the job lives, and the two way sync keeps both in agreement without double entry.
How are insurance and homeowner balances kept apart?
Each payer is tracked separately on the same job, so the outstanding balance is broken out by who owes it and collections can be worked by payer.
What happens when a supplement is approved?
The expected total on the job adjusts and the receivable increases, so the original invoice stays valid rather than becoming quietly incorrect.
Can the office see job profitability before a job closes?
Yes. Costs post as they happen, so job level profit and loss is a live figure rather than a month end reconstruction.

For owners & executives

How current are the owner dashboards?
They read live job records rather than periodic exports, so revenue, margin, and collections reflect the current state of the business.
Can I see profitability by market and by rep?
Yes. Job level costing rolls up by market, rep, and job type, so a high revenue market with poor margin is identifiable.
Who built Trussi?
It was built inside Shamrock Roofing by an owner who wanted to stop renting operational infrastructure from vendors with no roofing experience. Shamrock runs fifteen locations on it today.
What does it cost for a leadership team?
Pricing is per user - $19 per user per month in 2026 for the first 100 founding companies, then $37 from 2027 - with the entire platform included. There are no per module or per report charges.

Integrations

Does the QuickBooks integration work with QuickBooks Desktop?
The integration connects to QuickBooks Online. Desktop files are not supported directly, though most contractors moving from Desktop migrate the company file to Online first and then connect.
How often does the QuickBooks sync run?
Changes push in near real time, and a reconciliation pass runs on a schedule to catch anything edited directly in QuickBooks. You can also trigger a manual sync from the integration settings.
Will connecting QuickBooks overwrite my existing books?
No. The first connection reads your chart of accounts and customer list, and nothing is written until you confirm the mapping. Ambiguous customer matches are queued for review rather than merged automatically.
Is the QuickBooks integration an extra charge?
No. Every integration is part of the single Trussi plan at $19 per user per month for founding members and $37 per user per month afterward. There are no per connector fees.
Do I need my own EagleView account?
Yes. Reports are ordered with your EagleView credentials and billed by EagleView at your negotiated rate. Trussi does not resell reports or add a markup.
How long does an EagleView report take to come back?
Delivery time is set by EagleView and depends on the report product you order. Trussi shows the live order status on the project so the rep can see whether it is still pending.
Can measurements feed an estimate automatically?
Yes. Parsed values populate the matching fields in your estimate template, so a quote can be produced from the report without retyping squares or pitch.
What happens if an order fails?
The failure and the reason returned by EagleView show on the job, and the order can be retried after correcting the address or report type. Nothing fails silently.
Does HOVER replace an aerial measurement report?
It depends on the job. HOVER is captured on site and covers the full exterior, while aerial reports are ordered remotely and focus on the roof. Plenty of contractors use both and pick per job, and Trussi supports either as the source for an estimate.
Who captures the photos?
Your rep or inspector, using the HOVER mobile capture flow during the inspection. Trussi tracks the capture against the project so the office can see where it stands.
Can HOVER measurements populate a Trussi estimate?
Yes. Imported measurements map to the fields in your estimate templates, so a quote can be built from the model without retyping quantities.
Is a separate HOVER subscription required?
Yes. You connect your own HOVER account and captures bill to it. The Trussi side of the integration is included in your plan.
What do I need to connect RoofScope?
A RoofScope account and its API key. Orders bill to your account at your existing rate.
Does the imported waste factor overwrite my own?
No. The report value is presented next to the Trussi suggestion and your template default. The estimator picks the number that goes on the quote.
Can RoofScope cover scopes other than roofing?
RoofScope offers takeoffs beyond the roof. Whatever your account can order is available from the project, and the returned quantities import the same way.
Is there a per report fee from Trussi?
No. You pay RoofScope for reports. The integration itself is included in your plan.

GAF QuickMeasure

Integration details
Do QuickMeasure reports use my GAF credits?
Yes. Orders are placed with your GAF credentials and consume credits or bill against your account exactly as they would if you ordered directly.
Do I need to be a GAF certified contractor?
You need a GAF account that can order QuickMeasure reports. Certification status affects your pricing and credits with GAF, not the integration itself.
Can I use QuickMeasure and another measurement provider?
Yes. Measurement integrations are not exclusive. Reps can order from whichever provider fits the job, and all reports file to the same project.
Where do the reports end up?
On the project documents tab, alongside photos, contracts, and the estimate.
Is my ABC Supply pricing visible to anyone else?
No. Account pricing is pulled for your organization only and is never shared across Trussi accounts.
Can I see historical purchases?
Yes. Order history from your ABC Supply account is available for reference when estimating similar work.
Do orders post to job costing automatically?
Yes. An order placed from a job becomes a cost on that job, so profit and loss updates without office data entry.
Does this cost extra?
No. Supplier integrations are included in the single Trussi plan.

SRS Distribution

Integration details
Does the integration show real time stock?
It surfaces the availability your SRS account exposes for the selected branch, so estimators can flag a supply problem before quoting a start date.
Can I run SRS alongside other suppliers?
Yes. Supplier integrations are not exclusive. Order from whichever supplier fits the job and every order still costs back to the same project.
Who do I call about a delivery problem?
Your SRS branch, exactly as today. Trussi tracks the order and its status but the supply relationship stays yours.
Is SRS ordering an add on?
No. It is part of the single plan, with no per connector charge.
Does Trussi mark up Beacon material pricing?
No. Pricing comes from your own Beacon Pro+ account at your negotiated rate, and orders bill directly to that account.
Can I order from more than one branch?
Yes. Connect the branches your crews buy from and pick the right one at order time.
How do Beacon orders affect job costing?
Orders placed from a job post as costs against that job, so job level profit and loss reflects real material spend as it happens instead of at month end.
What if a price changes between the estimate and the order?
The estimate records the price at the time it was built and the order records the price at the time it was placed. Both are visible on the job, so margin movement is traceable rather than invisible.
Is e-signature charged separately?
Not by Trussi. Sending for signature is part of the single plan. You do connect your own DocuSign account, so DocuSign's own plan applies on their side.
Can I use my existing contract templates?
Yes. Map your templates to Trussi job fields once and the customer, address, scope, and pricing populate on every send.
Where do signed contracts live?
On the project documents tab in Trussi, and in your DocuSign account. Both copies carry the full audit trail.
Can I track whether a customer opened the contract?
Yes. Envelope status including viewed and declined shows on the job, so follow up is based on what actually happened.
Do I need my own Twilio account?
Yes. Messaging runs through your Twilio account and Twilio bills usage directly. Trussi does not add a per message fee.
Are texts saved against the job?
Yes. Inbound and outbound messages log to the customer and project, so the history stays with the company rather than on a personal phone.
Can I automate customer updates?
Yes. Messages can fire on job milestones such as crew scheduled or job complete, using templates you control.
What about opt outs and compliance?
Stop requests are honored and recorded against the contact. Carrier registration for business messaging is part of the setup checklist, since US carriers require it.
Do inbound calls create records automatically?
A call from a known number opens the matching customer and project. An unknown number can create a new lead so nothing is lost while the office is busy.
Are calls recorded?
Recording is controlled in Five9 under your own policy. Trussi links to the record and logs the call outcome against the job.
Can I use Five9 and Twilio together?
Yes. Many teams run Five9 for voice and Twilio for SMS. Both log to the same project timeline.
Do I need a Five9 subscription?
Yes. You connect your own Five9 account; the Trussi side of the integration is included in your plan.
Does AI Chat work outside business hours?
Yes. That is most of the point. After hours conversations are qualified and queued so reps start the day with real appointments to make.
Can it answer questions about my company specifically?
It is grounded in your account data, so it answers from your services and service areas rather than generic roofing information.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It hands off to a person and the transcript stays on the lead, so whoever picks it up has the full context.
Where do the leads go?
Into your Trussi pipeline as real leads with the transcript attached, routed by your rules.
Which assistants does the AI Connector support?
It is built for Claude and ChatGPT, and works with any client that can authenticate against the connector.
Can an assistant change my data?
Only if you grant write scopes to that credential. Read only is the recommended starting point, and scopes can be narrowed or revoked at any time.
Does this require a developer?
Connecting an assistant does not. Building custom internal tooling on the same interface does.
Are there middleware fees?
No. There is no third party integration platform in the path and no per connection charge.
Does every user need to connect their own calendar?
Yes. Authorization is per user so each person controls their own calendar access. Shared crew calendars are connected once by an admin.
Will Trussi see my personal events?
Only the calendars you authorize are read, and the sync is scoped to the event types you select. You can connect a work calendar and leave a personal one out.
What happens if I reschedule in Google Calendar?
With two way sync on, the change flows back to the Trussi job. With one way sync, Trussi remains the source of truth and the change is overwritten.
Does this work with Google Workspace?
Yes, and with individual Google accounts. Workspace admins can also restrict which domains may authorize.
What does the Google Ads integration actually attribute?
Campaign, ad group, and keyword are captured on the lead and stay attached through to the signed job, so revenue can be traced back to the campaign that produced it.
Can Trussi push conversions back to Google Ads?
Yes. Closed-won jobs can be uploaded as conversions so bidding optimizes toward leads that close rather than leads that merely submit.
Do I need to change my landing pages?
Usually not, as long as tracking parameters reach the form. The setup checklist includes a verification step for this.
Does this work with an agency managed account?
Yes, provided the authorizing Google account has access to the Ads account.

Google Analytics

Integration details
Does this work with GA4?
Yes. The integration reads GA4 properties. Universal Analytics is no longer supported by Google and is not connected.
What access does Trussi need?
Read access to the GA4 property. Nothing is written back to Analytics.
Can I see which campaigns produce signed jobs?
Yes, when Analytics is connected alongside lead capture. Traffic and conversion data sit next to lead and job outcomes in the same dashboard.
Is there a separate charge?
No. It is part of the single plan.

Google Search Console

Integration details
Do I need a verified Search Console property first?
Yes. The property must already be verified in Search Console; the integration reads it rather than creating it.
How far back does the data go?
Search Console retains roughly sixteen months of query data, and the integration reads what the property makes available.
Can I see which search terms produce leads?
Query and landing page data sit next to lead volume in the dashboard, so high intent pages can be identified and invested in.
Does connecting change anything on my site?
No. It is a read only connection to data Google already collects.
