Our story
Born from the back office.
Trussi was built in Overland Park, Kansas by people who know roofing. Founder Garen Armstrong and team were tired of running multi-million-dollar businesses on a patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, and tools that were never built for the trade.
So they built one platform that connects the first knock to the final invoice - fast enough for the field, deep enough for the office, and smart enough to catch what slips through the cracks.
Trussi.AI went live in early 2026, and we’re onboarding new roofing teams every week.

Garen built Trussi in Overland Park, Kansas out of the back office of a working roofing company. He’s the inventor behind Trussi’s patented lead-scoring technology (U.S. Patent 12,131,277), which predicts the jobs you’re most likely to win and helps act on them automatically.
