Trussi.AI stores business data on behalf of the roofing companies that use our platform. This page explains how to request deletion of your data, including any data we received through connected integrations such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Google.
If you are a customer of a roofing company that uses Trussi
Your information, such as your name, contact details, project records, and message history, is controlled by the roofing company you worked with. Contact that company directly to request deletion. You can also email support@trussi.ai and we will forward your request to the right company and confirm once it has been completed.
If you have a Trussi account
Disconnecting an integration from your account settings immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that platform, and any synced advertising metrics are purged within 30 days. To delete your entire account, email support@trussi.ai from your account email address with the subject "Account deletion request". Account deletion is completed within 30 days, and residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 90 days.
Data received from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
Leads, messages, and advertising metrics received through Meta platforms follow the same processes: disconnecting the Meta integration stops all collection immediately, and a deletion request removes the stored data itself. If you arrived here from a Facebook data deletion notice, email support@trussi.ai with the phone number or email address you used, and we will delete the associated records and send you confirmation.
