Home dashboard
What you see on Trussi's landing screen after signing in, and exactly what each pipeline count, daily figure and leaderboard number is built from.

What's on the screen
Home in the sidebar is the screen you land on after signing in. Top to bottom it can include a greeting and weather forecast, a hail-exposure banner (only accounts with the hail add-on, and only on a day it finds exposure), a row of pipeline counts, a Daily Updates row (admins only), and a two-column area with Action Required and the Sales Leaderboard on the left and Latest Activity on the right. Every section only appears if you have the matching permission and there's something to show, so two people can see a different-looking dashboard.
Pipeline counts
The Pipeline row shows one card per open stage in your account's pipeline, from your earliest lead stage through completion, plus an Unassigned Leads card for leads nobody has claimed yet (it highlights when its count is above zero). Stages marked Dead or Closed don't get their own card here. If a stage has sub-stages configured, its card also lists each sub-stage's count. Clicking a card opens the project list filtered to that stage.
These counts are scoped to what you're allowed to see: if your role only shows you jobs assigned to you, the counts only cover your own jobs; if your account restricts you to specific locations, they only cover jobs in those locations; both restrictions apply together if you have them both. Someone with no such restrictions (an admin, for example) sees every job in the account.
Daily updates
Visible only to Admin and Account Admin roles, this row compares Today against Yesterday on four figures, account-wide (not limited to any one location):
- Collected: payments recorded that calendar day, combining payments posted directly on a job and payments recorded against an invoice.
- Builds: labor events on the calendar whose scheduled end falls on that day.
- Builds Value: the Approved Job Value of the projects behind those builds (a job with several build days that day is still counted once).
- Leads: new projects created that day.
Today and Yesterday are fixed calendar days, not a rolling 24 hours.
Action Required
This card only appears if there's something in it, and lists what's waiting on you across up to four tabs:
- Checklists: approval and job-closing checklists someone has submitted for your review, plus any other checklist template submissions configured for your pipeline.
- Requests: open requests raised on projects.
- Offerings: inbound leads currently offered to you (or, for admins, back office and branch managers, offered to others in your scope) awaiting a yes or no, plus leads that have been declined enough times that they're sitting unclaimed.
- Unassigned Texts: inbound text messages that couldn't be automatically routed to a project, shown only to whoever can triage the inbound inbox.
The Checklists and Requests tabs take the Action Required permission; Offerings and Unassigned Texts are governed separately by your role and by inbox-management access.
Latest Activity
A live feed of activity across the projects you have access to (comments, status changes and similar updates), going back up to 60 days, updating as new activity happens rather than only on refresh. If you're a Project Manager, it only shows activity for jobs assigned to you. If your account restricts you to specific locations, it only shows activity for jobs in those locations. Seeing this feed at all takes the Latest Activity permission.
Sales Leaderboard
Shown when you have the Sales Leaderboard permission, this ranks whoever jobs are assigned to by signed or collected dollar value for a period you choose. See the Leaderboards article for exactly what each metric counts, since a leaderboard number that's misread is worse than no number at all.
