Finding your way around Trussi

What each item in the left sidebar opens, where account settings and training live, and why a menu item you expected might be missing.

On this page

The left sidebar is the main navigation. Top to bottom, this is what each entry opens.

Sidebar itemWhat it opens
HomeYour dashboard: pipeline counts, action items, latest activity, and the sales leaderboard.
ProjectsEvery project, in list or board view. The plus button next to it starts a new project.
ProductionScheduler Manager, Order Manager, Quote Templates, and Labor Manager.
FinanceExport Spend and Export Payments. Appears once QuickBooks is connected.
MarketingCustomer Care, Channels, and Voice Agent when the Voice Agent add-on is connected.
ExecutiveSales by Market, Cash Flow, Collections, and Team.
ReportsThe report screens, including any custom reports built for your account.
Call CenterThe agent console. Appears only when Five9 is connected.

At the bottom of the sidebar sit the Trussi AI button and Report an Issue, which opens the support drawer. Account settings live under your name in the top right, and the training library is under Help & Training in the same menu.

Why a menu item is missing for you

The left sidebar in Trussi, with Production and Executive unfolded to show the screens under each, and Report Issue at the bottom.

Each section appears only when your role has the matching permission, so an item a colleague can see may simply not be granted to you. Two sections also depend on an integration rather than a permission: Finance needs QuickBooks connected, and Call Center needs Five9. If something you expect is not there, an account admin can check both under Roles and permissions.

The search box at the top of every screen finds projects, customers, users, and subcontractors by name, job number, address, phone number, or email. Press Ctrl + K (Cmd + K on a Mac) to jump to it from anywhere.
