Sharing photos and documents with a public link
Share files on a project's Photos or Documents tab, or Share link in the toolbar once files are selected, opens a list of every photo and document on the project.

Tick any mix of them and Create link gives one short link (my.trussi.ai/f/ and a 12-character code) to copy into a text or an email. Creating and revoking links takes Modify on Project Files together with Modify on Projects.
Whoever opens the link sees the company's name and logo and the files with their names, without logging in. A link to a single file opens that file straight away. Each link works for 90 days, and a file deleted from the project drops off it.
Every photo or document in a link that still works shows a Public badge. Public links on either tab lists those links with who shared them and when they expire; only people who can edit files see each link to copy it. Revoke turns a link off and the files stay on the project, though a file someone already opened from it can stay viewable for up to 12 hours. An email attachment too large to send is sent as one of these links, so it shows in the same list. One sent from a lead source's email is not listed anywhere and cannot be revoked; it works for its 90 days, like an attachment that already went out.
