Calendar, appointments and scheduling
There are three scheduling surfaces.
- The company Calendar in the header, showing events across users, crews and subcontractors.
- The Calendar tab of a project, where an event is created against that project.
- Production → Scheduler Manager for labor scheduling.
Creating, editing and deleting calendar events takes Create on Calendar Events, Modify on Calendar Events and Delete on Calendar Events; by default Account Admin, Back Office, Branch Manager and PM have all three, while Crew Leads and Subcontractors can see crew events but not manage them.
Who can do this
Access in Trussi is a capability granted to a role. If one of these is missing from your role, an account admin can grant it; see roles, permissions and why something is hidden.
- Create on Calendar Events
- Modify on Calendar Events
- Delete on Calendar Events
