Customer records
Customers have a list of their own, with a New Customer form to add one; the header search also finds a customer from anywhere.
Viewing them takes View on Customer. A customer is distinct from a project: one customer can carry several projects over time, which is what keeps their history together.
Who can do this
Access in Trussi is a capability granted to a role. If one of these is missing from your role, an account admin can grant it; see roles, permissions and why something is hidden.
