Your email signature

There is no signature to type or format in Trussi.

Every email you write here, such as from a project's Communications tab or a relationship profile, is signed automatically when it is sent, from your user profile: your profile photo, your name, your Position, your company name and your email address. The composer shows it as a Signature line under the message, which opens to preview it. To change the signature, change those details.

Open Profile from your profile menu at the foot of the sidebar. The Personal Info tab holds your photo and your first and last name, which you can change yourself with Modify on Own User; save, and the next email you send uses them. Position, the job title under your name, is on the Team & Role tab and only an account admin sees and edits it there, so ask yours to change it. The company name is the account's name, which an account admin changes in Settings (Settings) with Modify on Account. The email address is the one you sign in with.

Nothing else can go in it: there is no field for a phone number, a website or a custom message, and the signature cannot be written by hand or turned off. Trussi's automated emails to customers, such as payment receipts and appointment confirmations, do not carry it.

Who can do this

Access in Trussi is a capability granted to a role. If one of these is missing from your role, an account admin can grant it; see roles, permissions and why something is hidden.
