The homeowner portal
Customers get their own signed-in view of their project, the homeowner portal, separate from the CRM.
They see what has been shared with them - documents that were sent, their schedule, their invoices and payments - and nothing else. A document reaches the portal by being SENT from the project, so sending a quote for signature is also what puts it in front of the homeowner. Nothing appears there because it exists in the CRM.
