Option lists your account owns: trades, units, reasons and the rest

Several pickers in Trussi are lists YOUR account owns rather than fixed choices baked into the product.

Each one works the same way, as a card on the Custom Fields screen under Settings: the card lists the rows, Add creates one and each row has an edit link. Trades and units of measure also have full-page lists of their own. Viewing a list and editing it are separate permissions, and they differ per list - trades take View on Trade, units take View on Unitofmeasure, dead-lead reasons take View on Deadleadreason, and request types take Modify on Requesttype to change. If a picker somewhere in the app is missing the option you want, this is where it is added, not a support request.

Who can do this

Access in Trussi is a capability granted to a role. If one of these is missing from your role, an account admin can grant it; see roles, permissions and why something is hidden.

  • View on Trade
  • View on Unitofmeasure
  • View on Deadleadreason
  • Modify on Requesttype
