Leaderboards
The Sales Leaderboard on the home dashboard ranks whoever a job is assigned to by signed or collected dollars for the period you choose.

What it ranks
The Sales Leaderboard ranks people by dollar value, not lead count or close rate. Every job has an Assigned To user; the leaderboard totals a dollar figure per assignee and ranks them highest to lowest. It's Assigned To specifically, so if your account assigns jobs to project managers rather than to salespeople, the leaderboard ranks PMs the same way it would rank sales reps.
Signed or collected
A toggle switches what the leaderboard totals between two genuinely different numbers:
- Signed totals the Approved Job Value of every job that reached your pipeline's Won stage for the first time within the period you're viewing. This is the value of the contract at the point it was approved, not what's actually been collected on it since.
- Collected totals payments actually recorded in that period, whatever the job's current stage, whether posted directly against the job or through an invoice. A job signed long ago that collects a payment this month counts toward Collected this month, not Signed.
A job counts toward a rep's job count when it qualifies for whichever metric is showing: reaching Won in the period for Signed, or carrying at least one payment in the period for Collected.
Time period
Three presets are offered: This Month, This Quarter and This Year (the default), each running from the start of that calendar period through today. There's no custom date range on this widget.
Goal and % Goal
Viewing Signed adds two columns: Goal, each rep's own sales goal prorated to the period you're viewing (roughly a quarter of their annual goal for This Quarter, the full annual goal for This Year, and so on), and % Goal, their signed total against that prorated goal. Both columns disappear when viewing Collected, since sales goals are set against signed value. A rep with no goal configured shows a dash in both.
Location and scope
A Location filter narrows the leaderboard to one location, or leave it on All Locations. If your account restricts you to specific locations, All Locations means every location you have access to, not necessarily the whole company; an admin or anyone without a location restriction sees every location in the account by default.
Where you'll find it
The leaderboard is a card on the home dashboard, alongside Action Required. It doesn't appear on the Reports screen or elsewhere. Clicking a name opens the jobs behind that person's total. If you can't drill into everyone's jobs, you can still open your own row and the rows of anyone who reports to you; opening anyone else's requires the ability to change the Sales Leaderboard from Permissions. If you rank outside the top 10, your own row still shows below the list with your rank and how far you are behind the person just above you and the person in first.
Permissions
Seeing the leaderboard takes the Sales Leaderboard permission's View column. Drilling into any rep's jobs, not just your own and your direct reports', takes its Modify column.
