Win the Storm 2026 recap: 48 hours in Dallas with Trussi
Two training days with two large roofing companies, then three days at Booth 302 in Dallas. Here is what the week looked like from our side.
What did Trussi do at Win the Storm 2026? In 48 hours in Dallas, the Trussi team ran a two day training for two large roofing companies, with more than 100 project managers and more back office staff onboarded on Trussi. Then the team worked Booth 302 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center from October 28 to 30, showing one system for every role, from first knock to final invoice.
Two days of training before the doors opened
The week started before the show floor did. Right before Win the Storm, our team spent two days in Dallas training two large roofing companies on Trussi. One session was held at one company's headquarters and the other at a supplier's headquarters. More than 100 project managers took part, along with even more back office staff, and all of them are now onboarded.
We care about that part of the week more than the booth, because software only pays for itself once the people who run jobs actually use it. A project manager and a billing coordinator do not need the same lesson. The project manager needs the schedule, the materials and the job status. The office needs invoices, payments and the numbers that go to the books. Training each group on the screens they will open every morning is a big part of what we mean by white glove service. If you are comparing platforms, how to choose a roofing CRM lists the rollout questions to ask every vendor.
What Booth 302 looked like
By October 28 the team was at Booth 302, and on October 29 we posted that day one was in the books. The booth was built around a single line: run the whole job from one place. Behind the counter, the backdrop walked through the job in five steps, estimating, produce, automation, get paid and final invoice, with a live view of the platform below it. A QR code on the wall went straight to a demo booking page, and a screen next to the counter showed Trussi in action. The counter banner said it plainly: one system, every role.

Four members of the team worked the booth, with a prize wheel and pens and cards on the table for anyone who stopped by.
The $40 Challenge
The $40 Challenge was the other reason to stop at Booth 302. A contractor brought a current software invoice and a seat count, and the team put the numbers next to Trussi on screen, with the arithmetic visible. Trussi is $40 per user per month, one plan. That price is a deliberate strategy to lead the market, not a discount, and the point of the Challenge is to let you check it against your own paperwork instead of ours.
You can run the same comparison without a plane ticket, and three questions will get you most of the way on any invoice. Which lines are seats and which are separate add ons? What is the contract term and when does it renew? How many of the people you pay for open the tool every week? Pull every software invoice your company pays for a roofing job, count the seats that actually use each tool and divide the monthly total by the people who touch a job. Our guide to what a roofing CRM actually costs shows the lines that grow quietly, and the Trussi pricing page shows ours.
What we are taking home from Dallas
Three things stood out to us after 48 hours, and none of them is a number.
- People matter more than screens. A platform that 100 project managers cannot use on day one is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced, so training and rollout belong in the buying decision.
- One system beats a stack. Every extra login is another place for an address or a supplement note to go missing, which is why we keep estimating, production, invoicing and payments in one pipeline.
- Storm season rewards the prepared. A team that is live in the quiet months does not learn a new system in the middle of a hail event.
The four ideas we brought to the booth were the same ones we bring everywhere: broad operations from first knock to final invoice, intelligence built into the work, white glove service and transparent pricing. If any of them sounds like what your company is missing, the next step is easy.
Be live before spring storms
If you missed us in Dallas, you did not miss the chance to see Trussi run. Book a demo at trussi.ai/contact and bring a recent invoice and your seat count, and the team will walk the numbers and your actual jobs through the platform on screen. Teams that start now are live before spring storms, and Trussi deploys in 17 days.
