Win the Storm 2026: Trussi's plan to lead roofing software
Trussi declares its plan to lead roofing software from Win the Storm 2026 in Dallas. One price, four pillars, and the $40 Challenge at Booth 302.
What is Trussi's plan at Win the Storm 2026? Trussi, the AI native roofing CRM, is declaring in Dallas that it intends to lead the roofing software market. The plan rests on one published price of $40 per user per month and four pillars: broad operations from first knock to final invoice, intelligence, white glove service and transparent pricing. Trussi is exhibiting at Booth 302.
The announcement
DALLAS, October 29, 2026. On day two of Win the Storm 2026, which runs October 28 to 30 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, Trussi announced its plan to lead roofing software by winning market share one contractor at a time. The company is built on a single plan at $40 per user per month, and it is asking contractors to test that number against what they pay today.
The price is a strategy, not a promotion. It is a deliberate decision to compete for the market by making the cost of a full roofing platform plain, the same for every customer, and published on the pricing page for anyone to read.
Trussi's position is simple. The roofing software market should be led by the company that is easiest to check. Contractors should be able to put one published price on the table, set it beside what they pay today, and decide for themselves. Trussi is taking that position in public, in Dallas, and intends to earn the lead one contractor at a time.
Why a declaration, and why now
Roofing software has a habit of getting expensive by installments. The seat price looks fine in the demo. Then the measurement reports, the signatures, the texting number, the call center and the payment processing can show up as separate lines on separate invoices. Picture an owner with a CRM, a measurement account, a signature tool and a payments processor. That is four logins, four renewals and nobody who can say what a job actually cost to sell.
Contractors are tired of it, and the storm cycle makes it worse. When a hail event hits, the office needs one system that holds up under volume, not a pile of tools that each work on a good day. Trussi was built inside a roofing company for exactly that week.
So we are saying it out loud, in Dallas, in front of the people who run roofing companies. The goal is to lead this market, and the way we intend to do it is to put the plainest number on the table and let contractors check it. Our guide to what a roofing CRM actually costs shows the line items worth checking on any quote, ours included.
Pillar one: broad operations from first knock to final invoice
A roof does not live in one department. The lead comes in, a rep inspects, someone measures, someone estimates, a contract gets signed, materials get ordered, a crew gets scheduled, the job gets built, and then an invoice has to be collected. Trussi covers that whole line in one record: pipeline and project management, estimating with EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, RoofScope and HOVER measurement ordering, production scheduling, finance and job costing, dashboards, QuickBooks sync, texting and email, a call center, a customer portal, and embedded card and ACH payments.
Broad matters because every handoff between tools is where a job loses a day or a margin point. One record means the production manager and the person in the office are reading the same job.
Pillar two: intelligence
Intelligence means software that does real work on your data. Trussi scores inbound leads with patented AI lead scoring, and it scores 1,500+ leads a month today, so your best rep calls the best lead first. There is an AI assistant that answers questions about your own data, AI photo captions that turn a folder of unlabeled roof photos into searchable job documentation, and AI estimate drafting that works from your measurements and your catalog. We wrote down what is real and what is a chatbot in a hard hat in AI for roofing contractors.
Pillar three: white glove service
White glove is a promise about how you get started, not a slogan. Onboarding is hands on. Teams come over in small batches, with real help moving job history across, instead of a self serve importer and good luck. Trussi deploys in 17 days, and it is live for a $70M roofing operator across 18+ locations with 176 project managers in the system. That is the standard we are holding ourselves to as we grow.
Pillar four: transparent pricing
One plan. $40 per user per month. You can read it on the Trussi pricing page without filling out a form, and you can check it against any invoice you already have. The point of publishing it is that nobody has to take our word for it.
The $40 Challenge
The simplest way to test a claim is to run it against your own paperwork. That is the $40 Challenge. Stop by the booth, bring your current software invoice and your seat count, and the team will put the side by side comparison on screen so you can see your number next to ours. You do not have to take our word for anything. Bring the real invoice and look at the screen.
We are running the Challenge at Win the Storm, and we will be at RoofCON, November 10 to 12 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center. Book a time at trussi.ai/contact and we will confirm where to meet.
