What does a 20 user roofing company pay for AccuLynx, JobNimbus and Trussi? Trussi publishes $40 per user per month, so 20 users cost $800 a month, or $14,400 over 18 months. As of October 2026, neither AccuLynx nor JobNimbus shows a price on its own website, so their figures below are third party estimates, and your real number is the one on your own quote or invoice.

How we ran the numbers

The scenario is a roofing company with 20 paid user seats. For each platform we show the monthly cost for 20 users and the cost over 18 months, which is 18 times the monthly figure. Eighteen months is long enough to catch a contract that looks fine in month one and different at renewal. It is the same method we describe in what a roofing CRM actually costs in 2026, and it works for any headcount you plug in.

Every figure below carries its source and the date we looked at it. We checked each vendor's own pricing pages on October 12, 2026. Where a vendor shows no price, we say so and then show the upper end of the third party estimates, labeled as an estimate. Estimates are not quotes. Several of them come from review sites and from a competing vendor's blog, and we note that wherever it applies.

Two things are left out of every total on purpose. One time fees are excluded because most vendors do not publish them. Add ons are excluded because their prices are not published either, and we list which ones exist so you know what to ask about.

What Trussi costs for 20 users

Trussi is one plan at $40 per user per month. Twenty users times $40 is $800 a month. Eighteen months of that is $14,400. The bill follows your headcount: 21 users is $840, 19 users is $760.

The plan covers projects and pipeline, estimating, production scheduling, finance and job costing, and dashboards, according to the Trussi pricing page. Onboarding and data migration help are included, and you can start month to month. One honest caveat: where you connect your own accounts, for example texting through your own Twilio account, that provider bills its own usage.

What AccuLynx publishes, and what is estimated

According to AccuLynx's own pricing page, as of October 2026, the company directs visitors to a Get Pricing form or a conversation with sales and shows no dollar figures. Its plan options page lists two plans, Pro and Elite, says the sales team will provide a custom price quote, and describes a monthly subscription with no long term commitment.

Since the vendor publishes no figure, here is what outside sources say. According to Roofing Software Guide, as of September 2026, third party sources estimate AccuLynx at up to $120 per user per month, and AccuLynx has never confirmed that figure publicly. Projul, a competing roofing software vendor, cites the same estimate in its AccuLynx pricing article and attributes it to SubcontractorHub, August 2026.

For 20 users at the upper estimate, the arithmetic is 20 times $120 equals $2,400 a month, or $43,200 over 18 months. Roofing Software Guide also reports nine features that AccuLynx sells as paid add ons, including texting and the customer portal. None of that is in the totals above.

What JobNimbus publishes, and what is estimated

According to JobNimbus's pricing page, as of October 2026, there are four plans: Essentials for up to 3 users, Pro for up to 10, Premium for up to 19, and Enterprise for 20 or more. Every plan and the Marketing and Communications bundles ask you to request pricing, so there is no published dollar figure. The page says there are no required setup or onboarding fees, and that monthly or annual agreements are available. A company with 20 seats falls on the Enterprise tier by those plan limits.

The only dollar figures we could find are third party and use older plan names. According to ITQlick, reviewed June 2026, JobNimbus base plans were $225 and $550 a month, with per user fees that vary by role. Projul applied those figures to a 20 user team in its JobNimbus pricing article, which was first published in December 2025 and shows pricing checked in October 2026, and arrived at an upper estimate of $2,050 a month. Roofing Software Guide, updated September 2026, calls figures like these unverified. Treat it as a rough estimate, not a quote.

At that upper estimate, 20 users cost $2,050 a month, or $36,900 over 18 months. Texting, measurement reports, photo tools and the marketing bundle are separate line items in the sources we read, and none of them are in these totals.

The comparison side by side

Here is everything above on one screen. The AccuLynx and JobNimbus rows show the upper end of third party estimates, not vendor prices.

PlatformPrice published by the vendor20 users per month20 users over 18 months
Trussi$40 per user per month$800$14,400
AccuLynxNone as of October 12, 2026$2,400 (estimate)$43,200 (estimate)
JobNimbusNone as of October 12, 2026$2,050 (estimate)$36,900 (estimate)

What these numbers do and do not tell you

The estimates are third party and unverified, which is the real finding. Per user pricing by role, tiers that depend on headcount, and add ons that vary by company mean two roofers with 20 seats can pay very different amounts on the same platform. A flat $800 is a known number set against an estimate, and what you owe at the end depends on the add ons you end up needing.

That is why we suggest running the comparison with your own paperwork instead of ours. Pull your current invoice. Count every line, not just the seats: texting, the customer portal, measurement ordering, signatures, reports, and any onboarding fee. Multiply the monthly total by 18. Then do the same for any other platform you are considering, using a written quote. The 12 questions to ask before you sign will help you get the itemized version.

Bring your invoice to Booth 302

Win the Storm 2026 runs Oct 28 to 30 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. According to its own event page, as of October 2026, JobNimbus is the title sponsor of the show. It is a good week to ask every vendor you are considering for a written quote at your seat count.

At Trussi Booth 302, bring your current software invoice and your seat count for the $40 Challenge. The team will put your numbers next to Trussi's side by side on screen, with the arithmetic visible. Event details are on the Win the Storm 2026 event site. Trussi's $40 per user rate is a deliberate move to lead the market with the whole platform behind one transparent number, and it is built on four pillars: broad operations from first knock to final invoice, intelligence, white glove service, and transparent pricing.

If you cannot make Dallas, book a demo at trussi.ai/contact and bring the same invoice, so your team can be live before spring storms. You can also read how the pricing models work in the roofing CRM pricing guide.
